Why built InvenTrac
My daughter started an Etsy store, and learning to manage it while tracking listings kept her up late at night. I wanted to help her keep track of listings and orders without jumping between dashboard pages all the time.
So I built a little Chrome extension that gives her a quick snapshot of the inventory whenever she needs it.
It started as an Etsy-only tool, but other sellers asked for the same thing on their own platforms, so InvenTrac now supports Shopify, Squarespace, and WooCommerce too—with more to come.

I'm actively improving InvenTrac based on my own workflow and feedback from other sellers across Etsy, Shopify, Squarespace, and WooCommerce.

Is it free?
Yes.
Which platforms are supported?
InvenTrac started with Etsy and now also supports Shopify, Squarespace, and WooCommerce. More platforms are on the way.
Do I enter my store password?
No. Authentication uses each platform's official OAuth login process.
Does InvenTrac modify my listings?
No. It currently reads inventory information so you can monitor stock more easily.
How often does it sync with my store?
It automatically syncs with your store a few times a day, and you can also manually sync as needed. Each platform limits how many API requests you can make per day (Etsy, for example, allows 5000), so please don't abuse the sync. Thank you.
Will more features be added?
Yes. As I continue using it myself and receive feedback, I'll keep improving it.
